The City Attorney's Office provides legal support to the City Council, City Manager, Boards & Commissions, and City Departments in all matters of law relating to the operations of the City. 

Mission Statement:

The City Attorney serves the City of Industry as the chief legal adviser. The City Attorney provides legal guidance and support for elected City officials, City departments, and boards and commissions; represents the City before judicial and administrative bodies in Civil proceedings; and prosecutes misdemeanor crimes.
