The City's Capital Improvement Program ("CIP") is the City's capital infrastructure and financial investment plan to support the City's investment and commitment to improving its: capital infrastructure, major grade separations and street improvements, utility improvements, and major regional improvement projects. The CIP Budget operates on a fiscal year basis, and is approved and adopted at the same time the City's Operating Budget is presented.

Note: The City began adopting separate CIP Budget documents in FY 2016-17.

For more information regarding the City's CIP Program or information on specific projects, please visit the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) section in the Development Services Department. The Development Services Department prepares the CIP Budget annually, and oversees the project management and construction of all approved projects.
