INDUSTRY BUSINESS CENTER EAST SIDE ROADWAYS, SEWERS, DRY UTILITIES AND SLOPE LANDSCAPING AND GRAND AVENUE WIDENING

The Industry Business Center East Side projects consists of new roadway construction, roadway widening, new sewers, electrical conduit, and hillside landscaping.

Significant Activities and Schedule

Construction started six months ago and the contractor is currently installing new water lines on a future Street.  The anticipated end of construction is August of 2018.

INDUSTRY BUSINESS CENTER, PHASE 2 MASS GRADING, WEST SIDE

The Industry Business Center Phase 2 Mass Grading project consists grading 250 acres of hillside area west of Grand Avenue, removal of unstable soil and replacing it as engineered compacted fill. The project also includes storm drains, bench drains, down drains and asphalt pavement. Haul spread and compact surcharge/stockpile on the east side of Grand Avenue.

Significant Activities and Schedule

Construction will begin mid April of this year and is anticipated to end in August of 2018.
